As pointed out by the Instagram account Diet Prada first, Stefano Gabbana called Selena Gomez ugly in the comments’ section on Instagram. Of course, Selena’s fans immediately slammed him and showed the world that messing with a famous celebrity like Selena Gomez is something that no one should do.

While Gomez doesn’t respond herself to the co-founder of D&G, a handful of celebrities came forward to clap back at his rude comments. Miley Cyrus left a comment that read, “What that d-ck head said (if it’s true) is f-cking false and total bull sh-t.” She further typed, “She fine as f-ck.”

Cyrus, who is also a Disney alum like the Hands to Myself singer, defended the 25-year-old despite there being rumors a few years back that the two women were not on good terms. However, we assume that that feud that they might have had must have ended with Gomez’s nice words about her which she had said a few years back.

“Obviously, she wouldn’t want to be doing what I’m doing, and I wouldn’t want to be doing what she’s doing. But I’m a fan of her music—I don’t know if she’d say that about me,” Gomez had shared with W Magazine back in 2016. Looks like Miley has finally reciprocated.

This is not the first time Miley has spoken against the 55-year-old. When her brother, Braison, had walked on the ramp for D&G, she had taken to Instagram to appreciate and congratulate him. However, she had also added, “PS D&G, I STRONGLY disagree with your politics but I do support your company’s effort to celebrate young artists & give them the platform to shine their light for all to see!”

To this Stefano Gabbana had responded in the comments saying, “Ignorant!!!” He continued to say, “for your stupid comment never more work with him.” He also reshared Miley’s post and wrote in the caption, “We are Italian and we don’t care about politics and mostly neither about the American one! We make dresses and if you think about doing politics with a post it’s simply ignorant. We don’t need your posts or comments so next time please ignore us!!”

The Wrecking Ball artist is not the only one to come forward in Selena Gomez’s defense. Madison Beer wrote on her Twitter, “she’s the hottest and sweetest. absolutely nothing but love for her. end of discussion.” Julia Michaels, the songwriter who has worked with Selena Gomez more than once, also took to Twitter to speak out against bullying.

Julia’s tweet read, “Bullying, no matter who u are or what u do, is never OK. No matter how entitled U think U are, it does not give u permission 2 say hurtful things to someone. Please know that words cause scars and create insecurities. Your words take 5 seconds to type/say but years to heal from.”

She also tweeted directly to Selena Gomez telling the celeb that she is beautiful inside and out. Superwoman Lilly Singh took to Twitter to write, “One more thing! Selena Gomez was, is and always will be the queen. The end. Thank you for joining this round table discussion.” Reportedly, Gomez’s co-star Nat Wolff also spoke out on the matter. Thirteen Reasons Why actor Tommy Dorfman came forward too to speak in the favor of Gomez.

Wow! looks like Gomez has a lot of lovers. Of course, she does! She’s the most followed person on Instagram and manages to always look stunning. She’s talented and a beautiful soul too. More power to you, Selena!
