Mediterranean diet will help you in balancing your hormones quite well. This diet includes green veggies and loads of fruits. Avoid the processed sugar and gluten, as it tends to store in the body as fats and is difficult to remove. High fiber food items are also quite healthy for a PCOs patient. For that, add broccoli, kale as well as spinach in your daily meals.
Sleeping well is the key to balance your hormones. This also includes sleeping on the right time. Night is for the sleep, and staying awake to watch seasons will do more harm to you than good. Therefore, it would be better to hit the bed at night, around 10 to 11, and wake up around 8 in the morning.
