Fans have been wishing about the Sprouse brothers getting back in action together. The last episode of the Suite Life on Deck aired seven years ago and after that Cole and Dylan Sprouse have not been seen together on screen. However, while the bros are not working on any on-screen projects together, they always have each other’s back and are always helping each other out no matter how small the matter at hand.
In a recent interview with MTV, Dylan Sprouse said, “The misconception is that we don’t work together now, but we actually very much do, but in a very different way.” He further added, “Cole and I proofread and bounce ideas off each other 24/7. It doesn’t ever really stop, whether or not it’s an audition tape or tweet or reading my script and [him] telling me what you think of this character.”
However, much to the disappointment of enthusiastic fans, no news of the twins working together in a movie or show is in circulation. For them to work together, it “really, really, really has to be a cool project.” They are not up for same old identical twins’ roles. “It’s easy to stereotype twins into any role. There’s not a lot of great twin roles written and often times when there are, they’re given to a single actor who green screens themselves into both places,” continued Cole.

Them not doing any films together, for now, does absolutely not mean that people do not get a bit of their twin fun on social media. Over the years these Cole and Dylan Sprouse have been trolling and pocking jokes at one another in good humor. In a previous interview with People, Dylan had said that they would think of working together only if the project catches their interest.
“Something Dylan and I really don’t care much for is leaning into the identical twin thing. It doesn’t make sense. It’s just cheesy and hokey, but if [David] Lynch came up to Dylan and I and was, like: ‘I have this creepy project that involves twins,’ I’d be hard-pressed to think Dylan and I would say no,” said the 25-year-old.
