While we may not have heard a lot about these names, they are celebrity kids. Bella and Connor Cruise have super popular parents; Nicole Kidman and Tom Cruise, but their names are relatively less talked about. While Connor, 23, is a DJ and has also taken up small roles in movies Red Dawn and Seven Pounds, Isabella Cruise who was previously a makeup artist, has now ventured into the fashion industry.

She has made her debut with a collection of artistic T-shirts, with quirky designs that have been hand-drawn by Bella herself. She has named her label BKC, presumably a short for the name that she is now going by; Bella Kidman Cruise. Her site reads “It has been a life-long dream of Bella’s to put her art onto clothing; her brand new T-shirt collection is the first glimpse in the realization of this dream, with many more to come in the near future.”

Currently, there are six pieces available with each priced $85. Apart from feisty portraits of women which are more on the abstract side, there is also this little monster character that she has named Vega gracing the face of the shirts. Nicole Kidman thinks that her daughter’s venture is “very exciting.”

The 50-year-old Oscar winner attended Calvin Klein’s New York Fashion Week Show on Tuesday. There she was all praise for her adopted girl pursuing her dream. “I think it’s such a great way to express [yourself] and Bella is a beautiful drawer as well. She’s always been able to draw.” Neither Tom nor Nicole talk much about their private lives in this regard.

The ex-couple divorced in 2001 after they adopted Bella in 1993 and Conner in 1995. Back in 2016, while talking about her coming up movie Lion, in which Kidman plays the role of Dev’s adoptive mum, Sue, she said in an interview, “Sue is deeply maternal and full of unconditional love, which is beautiful.”

She further added, “That’s why I wanted to do it. I relate to that. I feel that for my own children who are adopted. It’s not about anything else other than ‘I wanted you.’ It’s that deep and personal, and whatever your journey is, I’m here to love and support you. That’s what I connected to.”
