Pete Davidson is starting the year by opening up and spreading some laughs. The Saturday Night Live star revealed to his audience in Chevalier Theatre, Boston on Monday that he was not the only person who was mocked following his split with Ariana Grande. His mum was also bullied by haters.

Talking about the incident, the 25-year-old said, “She [his mother] was walking in the hallway and some little f–king kid started singing ‘Thank U Next’ to her. Me, I get it, but my mom?” Don’t worry, though. The kid got what he deserved when his school’s dean, a former cop, made him sing the song.

Pete Davidson also told the audience that he cried to his mum after his breakup with the Sweetener singer in October. He said, “It made me see how ugly people can get, and how cool people can be.”

Davidson revealed how sad he was when Thank You, Next dropped a month after they broke up and Grande had returned the engagement ring to him. He said that he told his friends that they all had to listen to this song and look at him while they did. “It’s gonna be rough,” Davidson added to his pals who later admitted that the song was indeed “catchy.”

The comedian didn’t stop there. He also commented on what Ariana had to say about his uh, manhood in the song. Getting humble, Davidson said that it just that Grande’s hands were real small rather than his size being big.

Remember the last time Pete Davidson spoke about Grande in his comedy show? Ariana Grande had tweeted “thank u, next” which further triggered the bullying that he was already facing. We really hope Ariana doesn’t mind what Pete had to say about their breakup this time around. After all, she also created a song in which she mentioned his name.
